Based on your consultation, Nic will develop an original design based on your concept, as such you must be open to the artist’s interpretation of your project.

Completing this consultation Request does not guarantee an appointment with Nic Samuels.

4. Include a photo of the body part where you would like the tattoo to be placed

This can be paid via PayPal, venmo or cash in person during the time of your consultation.
